Where is your office located?
Our office is located in Nassau, which is the capital of The Bahamas. You may find our office at the corner of Montrose Avenue and Ludlow street.

What if you are closed when I need your services?
Our normal operating hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and closed weekends and holidays. However most days our field work may start anywhere from 7am - 10am. If you require work outside of our operating hours we may still be able to accommodate you granted the time frame you request has not already been filled.

Does your company conduct surveys outside of Nassau and if so what are the fees involved?
Yes, we have proudly left our mark and many of The Bahamas' islands and cays. For projects outside of New Providence we require that the client pays travel expenses and accommodation for a survey crew of four for the estimated length of field hours spent on the job. This payment is required upfront before the project is started.

How soon after the field work of my survey is finished should I expect to receive my plan?
This varies widely depending on the expansiveness of the actual survey. In many instances plans are executed and available to allocate as soon as the next day.

Do I have to make an appoinment for a consultation?
In order to surely secure a meeting time, it is recommended that you make an appointment. However, it is not entirely necessary as we do also accept walk-in clients.
